HIGHLIGHTS OF THE GOSSFELD DEPOSITION
1. Mr. Gossfeld is clearly upset
with Agent Wright's public comments regarding the
FBI's terrorism failures subsequent to the 9/11 attacks.
2. Mr. Gossfeld
repeatedly denies being told, by Agent Wright, the Muslim Agent refused to
conduct the recording because of religious reasons.
3.
Mr. Charles Babcock, ABC
News attorney, produces written evidence showing Mr. Gossfeld is not
telling the truth, in fact, the written evidence shows without a doubt, Mr.
Gossfeld did know about the Muslim Agent's
refusal to record based on religious grounds.

Mr. Defenbaugh admitts that until the day of this deposition, he was never
aware of the telephone conference call between the Muslim Agent and US
Attorney's Office, wherein the Muslim Agent initially refused to conduct the
recording because, "A Muslim does not record another Muslim."
2. Mr. Defenbaugh admits he instructed the Muslim Agent to file the EEO complaint against
Agent Wright.
