HIGHLIGHTS OF THE GOSSFELD DEPOSITION

 

       1. Mr. Gossfeld is clearly upset with Agent Wright's public comments regarding the FBI's terrorism failures subsequent to the 9/11 attacks.

 

       2. Mr. Gossfeld repeatedly denies being told, by Agent Wright, the Muslim Agent refused to conduct the recording because of religious reasons.

 

       3. Mr. Charles Babcock, ABC News attorney, produces written evidence showing Mr. Gossfeld is not telling the truth, in fact, the written evidence shows without a doubt, Mr. Gossfeld did know about the Muslim Agent's refusal to record based on religious grounds.
