breaching the so called "WALL".

Abdel-Hafiz's close friend, Abbas Ibrahim, the BMI Accountant, tells
Abdel-Hafiz that Soliman Behairi,
the BMI President and the BMI V.P. were subpoenaed to appear before a
Chicago Grand Jury.
(Note: BMI aka: The House of Money is an unregulated Islamic banking firm
operating in the U.S.)
Ibrahim, who has a pending FBI employment application at the
time, told Abdel-Hafiz the following:
1) |
"Gamal, I think I'm in big trouble. We need to
talk in private." |
|
|
2) |
Ibrahim gave Abdel-Hafiz a piece of paper with
instructions from Behairi to wire large sums of money to an Islamic
charity suspected of funding Al Qaeda's bombings of the two U.S.
embassies in Africa. |
|
|
3) |
Ibrahim told Abdel Hafiz he "thought BMI helped

4) |
Ibrahim tells Abdel-Hafiz,
"I want the FBI to

5) |
Ibrahim asked
Abdel-Hafiz if he should resign from BMI. Abdel-Hafiz told Ibrahim,
"To remain with his employment as long as he desires and there
should not be any reason to be alarmed." Additionally, he tells
Ibrahim to "Continue carrying out his duties as usual (at BMI). |
|

6) |
Ibrahim told Abdel-Hafiz that Behairi knows the
two of them are friends and Behairi asked Ibrahim if he could arrange a
meeting between him (Behairi) and Abdel-Hafiz to discuss the Chicago
FBI investigation. |
|
|
7) |
Abdel-Hafiz
asked Agent Wright, "Would you like for me to meet with Behairi?"
Agent Wright replied, "Yes, I would like for you to meet with him.
We will have to record the meeting." Abdel-Hafiz agreed and the call

8) |
Agent Wright
told the AUSA's about this development immediately after the phone
call with Abdel-Hafiz. Upon returning to the squad area, the
supervisor told Agent Wright to forget about the meeting between

On January 21, 2002, Agent Wright calls the FBIHQ PPR Unit Chief to
inquire how long the review would take of his re-submitted documents. Agent
Wright explained he wanted to give the approved material to a reporter.
The PPR Unit Chief informed Agent Wright, he could release the material in
the documents which had already been approved if he wished. He did not have
to wait for the entire document to approved. The PPR Unit Chief again told
Agent Wright that anything approved was releasable by him to anyone. |

Agent Wright told them telling how former SAC McChesney killed the Vulgar Betrayal case.
At the conclusion of the meeting, SAC Kneir said to

blame you for doing what you are about to do (go public). |

NOTE:
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THIS MEETING, SAC
TOM KNIER WAS REQUIRED, TO IMMEDIATELY INFORM FBIHQ ABOUT THE MEETING WITH
AGENT WRIGHT. ONCE TOLD ABOUT THE PENDING New York Times STORY, ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE AT FBIHQ.
A CONCERTED EFFORT WAS NOW UNDERWAY AT FBIHQ, TO PREVENT AGENT WRIGHT FROM
TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE FBI's GROSS NEGLIGENCE WITHIN THE INTERNATIONAL
TERRORISM UNIT, PRIOR TO THE 9/11 TERRORIST ATTACKS. FBIHQ DID NOT WANT THE
AMERICAN PUBLIC, AND WORST OF ALL, MEMBERS OF U.S. CONGERESS TO HEAR THE
TRUTH ABOUT THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE FBI PRIOR TO 9/11.
FBIHQ PLOTS A SCHEME TO STOP JUDITH MILLER FROM PUBLISHING A STORY

On 03/15/2002, an Associated
Press story appeared in USA TODAY titled, "FBI zeroes in on Hamas
fundraising in U.S."
FBIHQ sources minimize Agent Wright's Vulgar Betrayal investigation by lying
to the reporter about Agent Wright and his Vulgar Betrayal Investigation.
At the time the story appeared, the only reporter with a copy of any of
Agent Wright's documents was Judy Miller.
This story was initiated by FBIHQ to lessen the sting of Judy Miller writing
a story about Agent Wright and his truthful story about the gross negligence
regarding the FBI's international terrorism efforts to neutralize known
Middle Eastern Terrorist residing in the United States. |

James

Washington Post |
On the morning of May 10, 2002,
reporter
James V. Grimaldi, The Washington Post, called Agent Wright
to ask some questions about Agent Wright's FBI employment.
Agent Wright asked Grimaldi how he
learned so quickly about the filing of his 1st Amendment lawsuit filed
against the FBI. Since the law suit was filed near the end of the
business day on the 9th, Wright asked Mr. Grimaldi if someone from the
Federal Court called him about the filing of his law suit against the FBI.
After a long pause, Mr. Grimaldi asked, "Do you mean to tell me that you just
filed a lawsuit against the FBI!?" Realizing Mr. Grimaldi was not
aware of the law suit, Agent Wright asked, "Why are you calling me? What is
this about?"
It turned out
FBIHQ had contacted Mr. Grimaldi intending to use him to initiate a Media Smear Campaign against
Agent Wright.
The FBI Media Smear, through the Washington Post, was intended to attack the credibility
of Agent Wright on the same day, May 10, 2002, FBI Assistant Director John
Collingwood would officially inform Agent Wright he could not provide Mrs. Miller,
New York Times, with his
written responses to counter the lies told to her by FBIHQ management on March 20, 2002.

Patrick Fitzgerald
U.S. Attorney Northern District of Illinois
Chicago Press Conference
Regarding the Indictments of VULGAR BETRAYAL Hamas
Targets.
Following U.S. Attorney General Ashcroft's national
press conference in Washington, D.C., U.S. Attorney Fitzgerald flew back to
Chicago and held a second press conference at noon regarding the Hamas
indictments.
Mr. Fitzgerald made a stunning admission when a member
of the media asked him to identify the most recent evidence the
investigation had uncovered with regards to the Hamas indictments. Mr.
Fitzgerald responded, "August of 1999."
August 1999, is when Agent Wright was removed from the
case. The case was then killed by Chicago FBI SAC Kathleen McChesney, causing the Hamas
terrorists to roam freely on U.S. soil, while the evidence had already been
collected to pursue this indictment five years later in August of 2004.
Immediately recognizing the Vulgar Betrayal connection, reporter Todd Lighty,
The Chicago Tribune said to Fitzgerald, "This investigation is
Vulgar Betrayal, this is the same thing, isn’t it?” Fitzgerald
replied, "I am not going to get into
the chronological history of this case. They’re indicted, they’re indicted." |
