THE DEPOSITION OF TIM GOSSFELD

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE GOSSFELD DEPOSITION

       1. Mr. Gossfeld is clearly upset with Agent Wright's public comments regarding the FBI's terrorism failures subsequent to the 9/11 attacks.

       2. Mr. Gossfeld repeatedly denies being told, by Agent Wright, the Muslim Agent refused to conduct the recording because of religious reasons.

       3. Mr. Charles Babcock, ABC News attorney, produces written evidence showing Mr. Gossfeld is not telling the truth, in fact, the written evidence shows without a doubt, Mr. Gossfeld did know about the Muslim Agent's refusal to record based on religious grounds.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE RESNICK DEPOSITION

       1. Mr. Resinick contradicts Mr. Gossfeld's sworn statements with regards to the Muslim FBI Agent's refusal to conduct the recording of a suspected terrorists.

FBI Dallas SAC DANNY DEFENBAUGH

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DEFENBAUGH DEPOSITION

        1. Mr. Defenbaugh admitts that until the day of this deposition, he was never aware of the telephone conference call between the Muslim Agent and US Attorney's Office, wherein the Muslim Agent initially refused to conduct the recording because, "A Muslim does not record another Muslim."

        2. Mr. Defenbaugh admits he instructed the Muslim Agent to file the EEO complaint against Agent Wright.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE MARK FLESSNER DEPOSITION

       1. Mr. Flessner explains how the Muslim FBI Agent initially, on his own, without any prior consultation of FBI Dallas Management,  refused to conduct the requested recording based solely on religious grounds during the 1999 telephone conference call.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE  ROSS DEPOSITION

      1. Mr. Ross advised that based upon his investigation, it was the Muslim FBI Agent, not FBI management, who decided not to conduct the requested recording of the suspected Middle Eastern terrorists residing in the U.S.
